The December 2005 Concert was held in aid of the Special Olympics Great Britain, and Diabetes UK.
The concert featured Christmas items by Workshop, plus solo items by individuals and small groups.
Special Olympics Great Britain is set up to organise and promote athletics, right across Great Britain, for adults with learning difficulties - our donation is going to the South East Hampshire section.
Diabetes, of course, affects all ages, though late onset diabetes means that the proportion of elderly people suffering is quite large. With centres UK-wide offering help, advice and performing fund-raising, the organisation also has a larger head office co-ordinating research.
