The July 1999 Concert "From Baroque to Bananarama" was held in aid of three local charities -
The concert featured ensemble items by Workshop, solos and duet and a set of ensembles played by hago (in what was their first Concert ever). As an experiment, we brought in outside caterers to provide a large spread of finger buffet food.
St John's Church writes
"Thank you for the very generous cheque. The fund should just about break even so it has been and will continue to be a wonderful marking of the Millennium"
Bedhampton Church writes
"Many thanks for your donation. What an excellent result from your Concert, please thank all concerned. I am pleased to report that we now hope to
be able to announce the appointment of a Youth Leader quite shortly"
